Applications are invited on plain paper for the following posts on contractual basis for a period of 12
months for the Oral Substitution Therapy Programme (OST Programme) funded by the Uttar Pradesh
State Aids Control Society-National Aids Control Organization for the patients of Injecting Drug User
(IDU) to be started in the Department of Psychiatry.

1-Doctor In-charge-Qualification-M.B.B.S. Preference will be given to M.D (Psychiatry) or DPM.
Fixed Salary: Rs 25,000/- per month
2-Nurse-Qualification: ANM
3-Counsellor-Qualification: B.A Psychology, Social Sciences, Humanities
4-Data Manager-Graduate plus formal training in computer application


Last date for the submission of the application is 26-02-2013 by registered post or by hands in the office 

of the undersigned.

The applicant can appear for walk-in interview in the office of the undersigned along with original and

attested copies of all certificates and two photographs on 28-02-2013 at 10 A.M. The candidates who

were unable to submit their application can also appear in the interview on the above mentioned date

along with application on plain paper, original and attested copies of all certificates and two photographs.
